More about Christel
I’m a global citizen with established lifestyle and health practices in both Europe (The Netherlands/UK)
and Australia (Sydney).
I’m constantly questioning, studying and learning across a range of eastern and western health disciplines, and living my life with purpose, passion and the confidence,
that my gift is to help you heal and educate.
I believe that individual tailored advice leads to body-mind synchronicity and longer lasting health outcomes.
With a particular interest in complex health management of long term (sport)injuries, chronic pain, disease and subconscious trauma, longevity, burnout, endometriosis and gut related discomfort (visceral function), I have achieved excellent client outcomes in these areas.
Prior to developing my private practice I worked as a lecturer at several Universities in Applied Health Sciences (Physical Education, Physiotherapy and exercise science in the Netherlands), as a teacher Physical Education, Physiotherapist and Exercise scientist.
With 3 university degrees I have a deep and holistic understanding of how the body works.
My training also includes the personal experience of unexpected critical illness at 41.
I was stripped of health and happiness and depleted.
Yoga helped to deepen my insight in the body, mind and spirit.
It inspired me to become a yoga teacher (and trainer).
This journey presented me with a further piece of the puzzle for supporting my clients with their personal growth and spiritual healing.
If you’re struggling physically, emotionally or energetically come and see me.
You might be surprised at what we can achieve together and I promise we will also have some fun along the way.
