Ziektekostenverzekeraars hanteren vaak vaste tijdsblokken van 25 minuten voor behandelingen. Dit is echter niet altijd passend voor de behandeling die u nodig heeft.Bij mij krijgt u minimaal een uur per sessie, waarin we verder kijken dan alleen de “fysieke blessure” en samen werken aan een blijvend resultaat. Ik laat me niet beperken door de standaard tijdsindelingen die verzekeraars vaak hanteren, omdat ik geloof in een aanpak die echt werkt. Met meer dan 10 jaar ervaring en universitaire opleidingen investeer ik in uw gezondheid, zodat u kunt krijgen wat anderen mogelijk niet kunnen bieden.

Applicability
For Bodyminded it is essential that the security of the data that visitors to our site transmit to us is guaranteed. Personal data is only used for the purposes that have been strengthened for this and according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our website is connected to Cliniko who is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
Via the menu option ‘contact’ or ‘make an appointment’ visitors will arrive at a screen in which they enter their name and address details and send them to us. The information is intended to enable us to get in touch with them. The data is never provided to third parties, unless the client gives permission for this by Bodyminded. The data will not be used for commercial purposes.
3. Data
When you sign up for help via the Bodyminded website, you are entitled to a strictly confidential treatment of your data and security of your privacy. The following information is mandatory if asked to fill in:

3. Payment conditions
These payment conditions are inextricably linked to the treatment agreement between you as a patient and Bodyminded.
Our practice has consciously decided to have no contracts with health insurers, as it will restrict the broad range of scientific western combined with eastern knowledge to be use for your holistic health. Do you have doubts about your compensation? Ask your health insurer about there compensation or be aware that with the broader quality and long experience, the treatment process is likely to be shorter and less costly.
The client is responsible under all circumstances for full payment for the services rendered to the client or on behalf of the client.
4. Absence
Make sure you are present at the agreed time for your treatment. If you are unable to attend, you must report this at least 24 hours in advance. We are forced to charge for appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours.
Payment for the services should be paid before leaving the treatment. After not complying, the physiotherapist is free to take collection measures without further notice with extra costs for admin effort and time.
All costs involved in the collection of invoiced amounts, including the extrajudicial costs, will be borne by the client.
5. Complaints procedure
For the Netherlands: The KNGF has set up a complaints procedure within the framework of the Right to Complaints Act for Healthcare Sector Clients. If you have a complaint, you should first discuss it with the relevant physiotherapist. You should look for a solution together. If this does not work to your satisfaction, you can submit your complaint in writing to: Centraal Bureau Physiotherapy Attn. Complaints Committee Physiotherapy, PO Box 248, 3800 AE Amersfoort.
6. Quality
For the Netherlands: The practice complies with legal obligations with regard to quality. The Practitioner within our practice is registered in the Central Quality Register of the Royal Association of Physiotherapy (KNGF) and in the BIG.-register.
7. Confidentiality
The physiotherapist has the duty to remain silent with regard to any secret that he/she knows or should reasonably suspect that he/she is obliged to keep by virtue of his/her task or profession (art.16 duty of confidentiality).
8. Liability
Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to all treatment agreements between Bodyminded and the patient, insofar as the parties do not expressly deviate from them in writing.
- These general terms and conditions also apply to any additional agreements, treatment agreements and services to the patient.
- The code of conduct and professional rules of the Royal Society of Physiotherapy (KNGF) are part of the agreement for Dutch patients. The patient is aware that the practitioner must respect the rules of conduct imposed by the Royal Association of Physiotherapy (KNGF) when carrying out his practice. The patient accepts the consequences that may result from this.
- All patients can find these general terms and conditions on the Bodyminded website, but the etiquette during assessment and treatments may differ per individual patient.
- Bodyminded is entitled, if in its opinion there is a need to do so, to change and/or supplement these general terms and conditions.

- If you leave a coat or other belongings in the waiting room and/or rehearsal room, make sure that there are no valuables in it.
- The practice is not responsible or liable for damage, loss or theft of property in the building or in the immediate vicinity of this building.
- Bodyminded is not liable for damage, of whatever nature, caused by the incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the patient, unless this inaccuracy or incompleteness should have been known to the practice.
- Bodyminded is not liable for damage resulting from a suspension of treatments and/or services for the patient, if that suspension is the result of the patient’s failure to pay the invoices from the practice on time.
- Third parties cannot derive any rights from the content of the treatments and/or services provided. The patient indemnifies Bodyminded against claims from third parties who claim to have suffered damage due to or in connection with treatments and/or services provided by Bodyminded for the patient.
- Bodyminded is not liable for any shortcomings in treatments and/or services provided by third parties with regard to the agreement.
- Incidentally, any liability of Bodyminded for damage arising from or related to an attributable shortcoming or tort, or that is based on any other legal ground, is limited to the amount paid or payable by the professional liability insurer of Bodyminded in this respect. amount, increased by its deductible under that insurance, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
- Limitations of liability in favour of Bodyminded also extend to the benefit of employees and observers of Bodyminded.
- All claims of the patient lapse twelve months after the moment at which the person concerned became aware or could reasonably have been aware of the existence of these rights of claim or other rights or powers.
- Third parties cannot derive any rights from the content of the treatments and/or services provided. The patient indemnifies Bodyminded against claims from third parties who claim to have suffered damage due to or in connection with treatments and/or services provided by Bodyminded for the patient.
